You need to click on the "Normalize now" button once youve recorded one or a group of tracks (however many it is that you start running out of room for the intermediate .wav file).

I had the same problem and just solved it! Try this out: Go to Settings -> General Settings Under CD-ROM access method on the bottom, change the CD-ROM type from SCSI - XXX to IDE - ATAPI. Does that fix it?

You can Google a "live stream grabber" software that will record whatever your machine is playing via a sound card.

I recorded a cassette tape to an MP3 file stored on my harddrive via Audiograbber. When I try to play it back, Realplayer tells me "This clip cannot be played. It contains unexpected data and may be corrupt" Realplayer Support believe it is an issue beginning with converting to MP3 through Audiograbber.

You have to open the sound mixer in Windows and select the proper recording source (like line-in, wave, microphone etc.).

I have had the same experience, yesterday I was happily transferring my tapes to CD and today audiograbber wont register any sound. Can anyone help
