The program works perfectly on both machines, with one exception: One machine has Windows 7 Ultimate and has no difficulties with the program, the other has Windows 7 Home Premium but the dialog box on this machine will not expand to show the whole box... the "compression" options are unavailable. I have tried to troubleshoot this, including changing the Windows "shell", but I cant seem to overcome this problem.

Anyone else has this difficulty or a fix? I wonder if my Home Premium system was running Ultimate if that would be the only fix.

---edit---

Still looking for and would like an answer, but I have found a workaround... I found the portable version of the 1.83 Audiograbber (latest version), installed it on a flash drive and then copied the files on the flashdrive to my hard drive. The application works perfectly and I dont have to use a flashdrive for the application at all. There must be files NOT written to the hard drive that the full application installs, I suspect thats where the problem lies.
