how can I get lame mp3 after installing the plugin?

I installed the mp3 plugin but still only get WMA and Ogg Vorbis as MP3 options. What else do I need to do to get the mp3 conversion? I am using Windows 7 on my new computer. I used Audiograbber for years on my old XP system and it converted to MP3 with no problems. Any help appreciated. Thanks, EK
