Can I use Audiograbber to read MP3g files I have on a flash drive?

I have a 16gb flash drive with about 1064 mp3g karaoke songs on it. I need to make a song list. Is it possible to get audiograbber to recognize the flash drive and not the cd-rom. (without re-inserting each disk)
