I am using Win 7 Pro. Set up Audiograbber as shown when I click on the grab button the next screen pops open and then disappears and nothing happens. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it work?

Ive used Audiograbber for years to rip CDGs. I recently clean reinstalled XP on my computer and now the graphics dont show when I rip cdgs. What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately, there is no plugin for Audiograbber to do that. But you can use a free tool like MP3Tag to add cover images to your MP3 files later on!

I had an old Audiograbber that needed an add-in clean the music file of distortions. I do not remember the name of the firm. I see no mention of add-ins in the current version. Do I still need an add-in or does Audiograbber do the cleaning automatically? If yes what is recommended?

loaded Audiograbber then put CDG in computer ,it brings up the tracks But there is No check box for each track ,so what do I do.

I have used an older version which worksed perfectly but have tried with the new version and can only get the sound not the words. I have tried changing the settings to no avail.

On my Windows 7 computer, my audio plays through my HDMI: it feeds my Samsung TV, and I get my audio signal from the Samsungs audio output. The audio doesnt register in AudioGrabber. The HDMI and audio output are built into my ASUS M2A78LT-M motherboard. In General Settings - Naming the soundcard is set to "Realtek HDMI Output (ATI HDMI A" and under CD-ROM access method the Input Soundcard only has a choice of "Stereo Mix (VIA High Definition". In Windows - Control Panel - Sound - Playback, the playback device default is set to "Realtek HDMI Output"

It has to do what your CD-ROM is capable of doing. The setting of how the CD is ripped is important it has to be set what the CD-ROM is able to do. ASPI mamagers work only if you got the correct versions of the ASPI drivers installed on your computer (that isnt 16-bit versions). One way is to choose the Windows internal settings by choosing the setting "General Setting..." in the "Setting" menu. Choose "ASPI" Call drive via "Win NT/2000" ,CD ROM unit ---- Choose your driver. CD ROM type IDE ATAPI (SCSI is only for SCSI2- CD controller cards) Rip Method "Dynamic Sync Width" Rip Speed 16x or 24x. Test that.

Hi dukeofurl, I had the same problem. I restarted audiograbber in WindowsXP SP3 compatiblity mode,and now it works fine.

Go to "Settings" CD-ROM Access method set "ASPI" (Read the disc at this setting) Call Drive via "Win NT/2000" <<< IF you wanna rip it (the setback is the playback maybe will only work if you set it to "Analog") Settings as follows IDE - ATAPI Dynamic Sync Width Speed to 16 or 20. Minimum speed will be 10x to about 16x.
