Go to "Settings"
CD-ROM Access method set "ASPI" (Read the disc at this setting)
Call Drive via "Win NT/2000" <<< IF you wanna rip it
(the setback is the playback maybe will only work if you set it to "Analog")
Settings as follows
IDE - ATAPI
Dynamic Sync Width
Speed to 16 or 20.
Minimum speed will be 10x to about 16x.
