Not A Supported Wav File

anyone know why a wav file created in pro tools will not open in audiograbber. get an error message that it is not a supported wav file.
it is a 16bit, 44kHz file, the bit rate is 1411, and the audio format is PCM like all wav files that will open correctly.

Is it stereo? Audiograbber can only open stereo files.
