What does it mean when the outsource file wont open?

I keep getting an error that says "Audiograbber has problems, Could not open the outfile, try to rename the track. It just started happening yesterday, and I have been using this program for over a year. I cant figure this out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing I do seems to work.
