Perhaps a setting in AG is causing this. Click on Settings, then click on the Rip Offset tab in the General Settings dialog. Notice the checkbox in the top-left section, "Shorten last track by 10 frames". If this is checked, uncheck it , click OK, and try ripping again then check the end of the recording to see if that fixed the problem.
