Are you installing the last version? the one you can download here? Old versions worked fine in XP and maybe Windows Vista and Seven x32, but they dont work in x64.
It happened to me when I installed Windows 7 x64. I opened my many years old Audiograbber installer and it didnt even executed giving an error. Downloaded latest version and worked fine.
