I think that it is actually delaying the detection of the end of the track. Today I watch carefully and the first 10s of a track played without the track number advancing then there was silence and the track number advanced. Has completely stuff the quality.

Start AudioGrabber with a right-click and Run As "Administrator" then every setting works or can be changed. (I think its an XP Pro thing...) Change Settings, Directory to store... from the Audiograbber folder to something like ....\My Documents\My Music -Yhosg

The mixer button hasnt worked since Vista. If memory serves its because the mixer property has been renamed in Vista + and Audiograbber cannot find it.

Go to Settings>FreeDB Settings, you should be able to change the FreeDB Settings from there. good luck!

i sugets you record a test with Artist name after Artist name, Album name after Album name and so on so you can see how AudioGrabber names your audio files

I have had the same problem, but in my case I have experienced this situation in Windows 7 and Windows Vista. Apparently there is a compatibility issue in those two OSs. My sound card is a Sounblaster Live! 24 bits. (I have experienced this problem while attempting to capture Online Audio).

This is not working anymore in AudioGrabber (from Windows 98) you can use the stereo sound mixer or recording control from Windows

When running the Lame installer, make sure you modify the install path to the same folder as Audiograbber. By default it goes to c:\program files\audiograbber. In my case it was c:\audiograbber. Lame was first on the list after doing so. Enjoy! WB2GLP

ASPI mamagers work only if you got the correct versions of the ASPI drivers installed on your computer (that isnt 16-bit versions). CD ROM type IDE ATAPI (SCSI is only for SCSI2- CD controller cards) Rip Method "Dynamic Sync Width" Rip Speed 16x or 24x. Test that.

Yes, that is possible with Audiograbber. And it is very simple. Do do that, just Go to the properties of the last track you want to include. Write down the value of the "last sector". Go to the properties of the first track. Enter the value you just wrote down in the field "last sector". Copy only the first track. It should include all the tracks in between now!

What do you want to do with the files? Audiograbber ist a cd ripper, not a file ripper!
